Web Account Terms & Conditions
Webmaster Account
The Webmaster Account provides 2 hours per month service to existing websites for a flat fee of $45. Additional work beyond the 2 hourly quota per month will be charged at a discounted rate of $30 per hour.
The Webmaster account is available to new and existing clients of Alart Design, including clients with websites developed through another company.
Services include: Search Engine Optimisation monitoring and adjustment, replacement or addition of images, removal/replacement of text content, adjustments to website layout to existing web pages.
Creation of PDF downloads or PDFs for attachments to emails, creation of monthly e-newsletters (content must be proofed prior to supply).
Webmaster Service Exclusions: Addition of new pages to existing website, addition of complex dynamic scripts, addition of MySql databases, content editing and proofreading. NB: This is not an exhaustive list.
All services listed in Service Exclusions are available at an additional charge. Webmaster clients may have additional pages added to their website for a discounted rate of $240 per page. All other services listed will be quoted on an individual basis. A Webmaster account holder's discount may apply.
Payment Terms: Payment is to be made via Direct Credit to Alart Design on or before the 20th of each month. Invoices will be sent out separately if the 2 hour quota is exceeded or if additional services have been provided.
Contract terms: The Webmaster Account is maintained on a month by month basis. The account holder may be released from the contract at any time following payment of services rendered during the month prior.
The account holder may also have the service reinstated at any time.
Web Starter Account
The Web Starter Account is available to new customers. The 'start-up' package includes a 5 page website designed by Alart Design for an initial payment of $595 followed by a monthly payment of $79 over a contracted 24 month period.
2 hours of updates are included in the monthly fee. Additional work beyond the 2 hourly quota per month will be charged at a discounted rate of $30 per hour.
Initial website setup includes: 5 Pages, Silver Hosting, Domain Name registration or transfer, 5 email accounts, client's Hosting Control Panel, logo design, business cards design, letterhead design, DL 3 fold flyer design, PDF design.
Ongoing monthly services include (for duration of contract): Search Engine Optimisation monitoring and adjustment, replacement or addition of images, removal/replacement of text content, adjustments to website layout to existing web pages. Creation of PDF downloads or PDFs for attachments to emails, creation of monthly e-newsletters (content must be proofed prior to supply).

This Account includes a 2 year contract. Following contract completion, Website Starter Account holders may transfer to the Webmaster Account to continue monthly servicing of their website. This monthly fee will be at the rate applicable at the time date of contract completion.
E-commerce Account
The E-commerce Account is available to new customers. The 'start-up' package includes a fully functional e-commerce website for an initial cost of $900 followed by a monthly charge of $99 over a 36 month period. 2 hours of updates are included in the monthly fee.
Additional work beyond the 2 hourly quota per month will be charged at a discounted rate of $30 per hour.
Initial website set up includes: 5 main pages, drill down shop cart pages, website logo design, MySql database, PayPal integration (other payment gateways and SSL will incur additional charge), Hosting Control Panel, Shop-cart administration area for checking customer information, configuration of 6 images per category setup plus one hour comprehensive training on shop-cart self administration (option to use inclusive 2 hours of updates for administering shop-cart if preferred).
Ongoing monthly services include: 3 hours to be used at discretion of account holder for addition of new product images to shop cart (see above), Search Engine Optimisation monitoring and adjustment, replacement or addition of images to website, removal/replacement of text content, adjustments to website layout on existing web pages. Creation of PDF downloads or PDFs for attachments to emails, creation of monthly e-newsletters (content must be proofed prior to supply).
Service Exclusions: Addition of new pages to existing website, addition of complex dynamic scripts, addition of MySql databases, content editing and proofreading, addition of extra functions to the Shop-Cart . NB: This is not an exhaustive list.

All other services listed will be quoted on an individual basis according to development and programming requirements. An E-commerce account holder's discount may apply.

This Account includes a 3 year contract. Following contract completion, E-commerce Account holders may transfer to the Webmaster Account to continue monthly servicing with an allocated 2 hours per month. This monthly fee will be at the rate applicable at the date of contract completion.
Easy Edit Account
The Easy Edit Account is a content management website offer available to new customers. The 'start-up' package includes a 5 page website designed by Alart Design for an initial payment of $595 followed by a monthly payment of $45 over a contracted 36 month period.
Initial website set up includes: Website logo design, 5 Pages, Standard Hosting, Domain Name registration or transfer, 5 POP email accounts, client's own Hosting Control Panel, Content Management administration area with username and password for uploading images and altering text content to all pages from within any browser, one hour training in the use of Content Management system.
